Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors and sales leaders to create a high-performing regional organization.
- Own regional revenue performance, bookings, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of quarterly and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and account expansion.
- Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, Force Management, and disciplined CRM practices.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain exceptional sales leadership talent.
- Build strong partnerships with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, product, and operations teams.
- Engage directly with strategic customers and support complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasts, market insights, performance analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, remove execution barriers, and enhance customer outcomes.
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including experience managing first-line sales leaders.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within high-growth enterprise software environments.
- Experience building and scaling regional sales organizations serving Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 customers.
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Force Management.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain successful sales leadership teams.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data security, AI security, or related enterprise technology markets.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and operational management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a builder-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Competitive total compensation package ranging from approximately $400,000 to $450,000.
