Accountabilities:

    The Regional Vice President will oversee regional sales strategy, revenue growth, and leadership development while ensuring strong execution across enterprise accounts. This role requires a strategic sales mindset, operational discipline, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.

    • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors and sales leaders to create a high-performing regional organization.
    • Own regional revenue performance, bookings, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of quarterly and annual business targets.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and account expansion.
    • Drive adoption of enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, Force Management, and disciplined CRM practices.
    • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain exceptional sales leadership talent.
    • Build strong partnerships with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, product, and operations teams.
    • Engage directly with strategic customers and support complex enterprise sales opportunities.
    • Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasts, market insights, performance analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, remove execution barriers, and enhance customer outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise technology sales leader with experience scaling regional organizations, exceeding revenue goals, and developing high-performing teams. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, analytical rigor, and strong executive communication skills.

      • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including experience managing first-line sales leaders.
      • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within high-growth enterprise software environments.
      • Experience building and scaling regional sales organizations serving Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 customers.
      • Strong expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Force Management.
      • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain successful sales leadership teams.
      • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, data security, AI security, or related enterprise technology markets.
      • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and operational management capabilities.
      • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a builder-oriented mindset.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
