Accountabilities:

• Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and mentoring sessions focused on applied artificial intelligence in real-world contexts.
• Translate AI concepts into simple, practical, and actionable knowledge tailored to different audiences and skill levels.
• Design and deliver sessions connecting AI to productivity, automation, business strategy, creativity, and decision-making.
• Support professionals and organizations in integrating AI tools and methodologies into their workflows.
• Continuously update and refine content based on new AI trends, tools, and practical use cases.
• Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, considering privacy, bias, and human judgment in applications.
• Adapt communication style to diverse groups, ensuring clarity and engagement in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven practical experience using artificial intelligence in real work, study, or business contexts.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear, and applicable way.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect AI concepts with real business problems and everyday professional challenges.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and strong interest in innovation, technology, and the future of work.
• Experience in education is not required, but facilitation or mentoring skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a partnership-based model with variable demand (sessions, workshops, or projects).
• Strong ethical awareness regarding AI usage, including privacy, bias, and responsible application.
• Technical background in programming or formal academic training is not mandatory.
