About the role
Established Software Engineering professional. Conducts tests, debugs control and diagnostic systems, and conducts research. Measures and analyzes software designs, implements procedures to support hardware and software product development, and operates equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed consistently.
- Promote transparency and effective communication within the team.
- Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk analysis
Role Purpose:
- The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile Scrum practices within teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to Agile principles. The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader, helping teams remove impediments, improve processes, and achieve business objectives efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience with Agile tools such as: Azure DevOps Jira Confluence Rally Miro
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Soft Skills

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Scrum certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- 2–3 years: Scrum Master / Agile Project Management experience (Mid-Level).
