As an Executive Lounge Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing daily operations of the Executive Lounge – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Oversee lounge operations: Lead daily execution of the Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Deliver exceptional service: Uphold brand and quality standards to exceed expectations of executive and VIP guests
- Resolve guest issues with care: Respond to enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain lounge presentation: Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards
- Lead and develop the team: Ensure team members are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide warm, professional hospitality
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
