ISC Maintenance Technician
The ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product assembly
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and product performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements
YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
- Knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, seals, packing, pumps, etc. fixed equipment such as steam tracing of vessel or piping, bolt torquing, flanged connections or mechanical systems (as applicable)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
- Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, noise, etc.)
SCHEDULE
- Typically includes shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed
COMPENSATION
The annual base pay range for this position is $94,586 to $118,158. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
