Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving the identification, evaluation, and structuring of automation and AI opportunities, while supporting the broader transformation roadmap across business units.

    • Partner with business and technology leaders to define automation and agentic AI strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and value creation priorities
    • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover, assess, and document automation and AI opportunities across diverse processes and functions
    • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of automation opportunities, including RPA, low-code, reporting, and AI/agent-based solutions
    • Analyze and map current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities
    • Evaluate feasibility, complexity, and ROI of automation initiatives to support prioritization and investment decisions
    • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation for delivery teams
    • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align expectations and ensure clarity on proposed solutions and next steps
    • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handoff from discovery to design and implementation
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business analysis, consulting, or strategy within automation or AI-driven environments, with the ability to operate in complex, stakeholder-rich settings.

      • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or project management roles
      • Experience in automation, RPA, low-code platforms, or emerging AI/agentic technologies
      • Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and identification of decision points and exceptions
      • Ability to assess feasibility, risks, and business value of automation opportunities
      • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing advisory environments
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and process concepts
      • Tool-agnostic mindset with adaptability to different technologies and platforms
      • Experience with documentation such as requirements gathering, process documentation, or opportunity assessments
      • Familiarity with UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar tools is a plus
      • Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, or modern AI/data platforms is a strong advantage
