Associate must at all times safeguard and protect the patient’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the patient’s medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations.Position HighlightsFull-Time: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM OR 8:00-4:30pm PST Location: This role will be performed at one location Lodi, CaliforniaProcessing medical records along with by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical records statusDocumenting information on multiple platforms using two computer monitors.Preferred Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information experienceFull Benefits: PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance and 401k Savings Plan with matching contributions & Tuition Reimbursement You WillReceive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company...
