Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance, operation, and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and other critical facility infrastructure to ensure a safe and efficient environment
Coordinate and monitor third-party vendors and service contractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual agreements and venue standards
Conduct routine facility inspections, identify preventative maintenance needs, and respond promptly to operational issues to minimize disruptions during events and daily operations
Maintain compliance with applicable safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards while supporting emergency response procedures and facility readiness
Support a flexible, event-driven work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to ensure facility operations align with venue events and business needs.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3–5+ years of progressive experience in venue, facility, or event operations within arenas, convention centers, amphitheaters, or similar environments.
2+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Experience overseeing large-scale live events, including conventions, concerts, and multi-day programs.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
Ability to effectively supervise staff.
Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and must be able to learn Maintenance Manager software program.
Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.
Requires ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
