This role is within International Compliance to
Fulfill ICT (International Compliance Testing) Data Requests in accordance with the annual and periodic ICT Testing Plan, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data required for AML, sanctions, and other compliance reviews.
Support recurring and ad hoc regulatory requests by sourcing, validating, and delivering data to regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business teams to ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and traceability of data is maintained post appropriate approvals from data steward and custodians.
- Working with business partners to identify and evaluate means of new system-assisted testing for ICT reviews, CICO Alert Analysis, Regulatory Reporting
- Effectively utilize and promote disciplined project methodologies to facilitate the design, implementation, and control of system testing projects.
- Maintain necessary records and files to assure efficient and consistent reporting of compliance efforts.
- Collaborating with risk, compliance, and business partners across multiple groups to ensure adherence to Bank policy and banking laws and regulations.
- The position will interface regularly with business partners, examiners/auditors, and third-party vendors.
The qualified individual will have minimum 3+ years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using SQL, a variety of databases, and comfort and ease in accurately manipulating large datasets
- Proficiency with Hive / HQL, Python, Jupyter notebooks, Spark, Big Query
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of driving results and problem solving.
- Excellent organization, prioritization and collaboration skills are a must.
- The candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter able to operate on multiple fronts with careful attention to detail
- Undergraduate Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience is required
