Clients of SpiderRock are large asset managers, proprietary trading firms, bank trading desks, and other institutional clients located around the world.We are searching for an IT Support Technician that will complete and support basic IT maintenance and support tasks. The role will ensure that IT support requests are managed effectively and responded to in a timely manner. This role will operate out of our Chicago office and report to the head of our IT department.
