We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale.This is our founding team's second startup, and we recently closed our Series B investment round led by Google Ventures, Index Ventures and Credo Ventures.🔎 Who are we looking for?We are expanding our Product team and looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer (CX) to join us in Prague.This is a true player-coach role. You'll build customer-facing experiences, mentor frontend engineers, partner closely with Product and Design, and regularly engage with customers to understand their workflows, validate ideas, and accelerate product improvements.💪 What you'll do?Design, build and maintain modern customer-facing web applicationsMentor and coach frontend engineers through code reviews and technical leadershipDrive frontend architecture, engineering standards and best practicesPartner closely with Product Managers and UX DesignersMeet directly with customers to understand pain points and validate ideasTranslate customer feedback into intuitive user experiencesImprove developer experience and frontend qualityCollaborate closely with backend engineers and designersRemain hands-on in the codebase while leading initiativesHelp shape the long-term frontend roadmap🙌 What do you bring?5+ years building modern web applications with Vue.js, React, TypeScript or similarExperience mentoring or leading frontend engineersStrong understanding of frontend architecture and performanceExcellent communication skills and collaborative mindsetInterest in speaking with customers and understanding business problemsExperience working closely with Product and DesignAnalytical mindset and passion for continuous improvementFluent English (C1 level)💙 What do we offer?A unique...
