Territory Manager
Function: Customer Business Development (Sales)
Reporting to: Area Manager
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

We are looking for experienced sales professionals to independently lead and grow a sales territory, driving business performance through strong distributor management, retail execution, and field force leadership. The role requires someone who can effectively navigate complex market dynamics, deliver sustainable growth, and ensure excellent execution across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of sales, distribution, and market share objectives.

  • Manage distributor operations, inventory, and overall business performance.

  • Ensure strong retail execution, product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance.

  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales teams to deliver superior results.

  • Execute category and business plans within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain high standards of operational compliance, reporting, and governance.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 1–1.5 years of experience as a Territory Manager, independently managing a sales territory.

  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and handling distributor networks.

  • Experience within FMCG and/or Telecommunications industries is preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior exposure to managing challenging or geographically complex territories will be an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required.

  • Candidates from the preferred geography (South and Central South) are encouraged to apply, though this is not mandatory.

  • Immediate and near-term joining availability will be considered an advantage.
