You’ll help ensure reporting is accurate, timely, well-controlled, and clearly documented—while contributing to enhancements in processes, tools, and reporting content. This role provides meaningful visibility through ownership and support of key management information outputs, including highly visible MIS deliverables such as the Card EMR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investigate report and data issues, coordinating with IT/Technology partners to diagnose root causes and drive timely resolution.
  • Manage the Card Risk Reporting Portal user lifecycle, including user registration, access provisioning, and access maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Risk Architecture on UAT planning and execution for portal releases, including test case support and validation of release outcomes.
  • Create and maintain periodic MIS reporting and respond to ad hoc requests with clear, well-structured analysis and outputs.
  • Own components of highly visible MIS deliverables (e.g., Card EMR), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution.
  • Document processes, controls, job aids, and reporting procedures to improve standardization, transparency, and operational resilience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Hold a BA/BS and have minimum 1 years of experience in business management, project management, analytics, reporting, or a related role.
  • Demonstrate experience working with data (e.g., sourcing, validating, reconciling, or documenting data for reporting/analytics use).
  • Apply strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills to translate complex issues into practical solutions.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and a controls mindset, with ability to follow procedures and maintain high-quality evidence/artifacts.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, with the ability to summarize findings and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Prioritize effectively and perform under pressure while meeting deadlines for recurring deliverables and time-sensitive requests.
  • Collaborate well across teams (Business, Technology, Risk Architecture) to resolve issues and execute change initiatives.
  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint proficiently to create clear, executive-ready materials.
  • Use Microsoft Excel proficiently (e.g., pivot tables; Essbase experience).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Leverage SAS and/or Python for analysis and reporting automation; experience with Alteryx and/or Tableau.
  • Bring experience with requirements documentation, process documentation, job aid development, and change management.
