Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, sales, operations, and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates through outbound strategies, referrals, and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and niche talent channels.
- Lead hiring efforts for go-to-market functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership roles.
- Support recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams as needed.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, interview processes, and overall talent strategy.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while strengthening employer branding externally.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across in-house or agency environments.
- Proven success in hiring for sales and go-to-market roles, with additional exposure to technical recruiting preferred.
- Strong outbound sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and creative talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments, ideally within fintech or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to support interviews outside standard hours to accommodate global (including Singapore-based) scheduling needs.
