Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute annual regional sales strategies, including quota planning, account prioritization, pipeline generation, and forecasting accuracy.
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion by strengthening existing distributor, dealer, and integrator relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders including developers, builders, property managers, owners, distributors, and channel partners.
- Lead and support independent sales agencies by establishing performance goals, improving account coverage, managing pipelines, and ensuring strong customer engagement.
- Accelerate adoption of professional and connected solutions by positioning products as preferred choices across security, construction, multifamily, and commercial markets.
- Optimize distribution strategies by collaborating with wholesalers, dealers, integrators, and end users to improve market reach and customer experience.
- Partner with technology providers and ecosystem partners to support integrations, innovation initiatives, and solution adoption.
- Manage pricing strategies, incentive programs, and commercial initiatives to balance profitable growth with market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and technical teams to support launches, customer success, and business objectives.
- Provide leadership updates on market trends, competitive activity, opportunities, risks, and territory performance.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles, preferably within security, building products, construction, technology, or related industries.
- Proven success growing revenue through distributor, dealer, manufacturer representative, or channel partner networks.
- Experience selling into professional markets such as multifamily housing, Build-to-Rent (BTR), construction, security, or commercial building segments.
- Strong track record developing executive relationships with enterprise customers, developers, builders, property managers, and strategic partners.
- Experience leading, coaching, or influencing sales teams, independent agencies, or representative organizations.
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and execute territory strategies while managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with connected products, smart home technologies, access control, PropTech, or building technology solutions is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% and reside within the assigned territory near a major airport.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $165,000 USD, with additional incentive compensation opportunities.
