We are looking for an Engagement/Services Sales Solutions Director to join India PS Pre-Sales team in India. This is a senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery — you will own the strategy, solutioning, and commercialisation of the most complex and strategic Salesforce PS engagements across the India enterprise market.

You will be the trusted executive advisor to customers and account teams during the pre-sales cycle, responsible for shaping and winning transformational PS deals from qualification through to SPW/SOW signature.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end PS pre-sales engagements — from discovery and scoping through to effort estimation, SPW/proposal creation, and deal closure.

  • Architect Agentforce-led solutions for enterprise customers, designing agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and AI automation patterns on the Salesforce platform.

  • Partner with RVPs, AEs, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to position PS as a strategic differentiator on the most complex, multi-cloud, and multi-geography opportunities.

  • Own the effort estimation and resource planning process — producing credible, commercially sound PS proposals that balance customer value with delivery margin.

  • Drive executive-level engagement and C-suite relationships — leading strategic workshops and solution presentations with CXO and Board-level stakeholders.

  • Define and scale reusable PS assets — solution blueprints, reference architectures, estimations, and proposal templates — to accelerate the team and practice.

  • Lead, grow, and mentor the PS Pre-Sales team; drive the capability agenda and hiring roadmap for India PS Pre-Sales.

  • Contribute to the India PS go-to-market strategy and represent PS in senior leadership forums.

What We're Looking For
Must-have:

  • Overall 15+ years of experience and 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5+ years in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or engagement leadership role.

  • Hands-on Agentforce expertise — you have designed and scoped agentic solutions involving Einstein Bots, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, or equivalent AI orchestration on Salesforce.

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce PS delivery model — you know how to scope, estimate, price, and govern professional services engagements at scale.

  • Proven experience owning and closing large, complex SPWs, proposals, and DDs — you can lead a pursuit team end to end.

  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — you are credible and influential at the Board and C-suite level.

  • Salesforce certifications: minimum Application Architect or System Architect; Agentforce Specialist a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing pre-sales teams.


Good to have:

  • Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud.

  • Deep exposure to India enterprise market dynamics — FSI, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Public Sector.

  • Prior P&L accountability or experience in a practice leadership or business development capacity.
