Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Enterprise Security Technology teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and execution plans
- Lead end-to-end coordination of multiple workstreams, including planning, tracking, dependency management, and delivery oversight
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by ensuring priorities, expectations, and deliverables are clearly defined and managed
- Act as an internal customer advocate, ensuring timely execution and consistent delivery of business and security objectives
- Develop and maintain structured documentation, including playbooks, process maps, dashboards, and program tracking tools
- Design and implement scalable operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and program maturity across teams
- Manage prioritization across initiatives to ensure resources are aligned with strategic goals and business impact
- Facilitate communication and reporting across stakeholders, including executive-level updates and progress summaries
- Support continuous improvement of program management practices, leveraging modern tools and AI-enabled capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business partnership roles in complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience in private sector safety, security, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead execution across both technical and non-technical teams in large-scale organizations
- Strong experience translating business requirements into structured project plans and deliverables
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced, high-change environments
- Experience supporting large-scale technology programs from planning through execution and delivery
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Familiarity with modern program management tools and exposure to AI-driven productivity or workflow optimization tools
