You’ll employ data analysis to ensure your partners and leaders have the most up to date, reliable information, working collaboratively to make the best possible financial decisions. We are looking for Senior Financial Analyst that is excited to join a tech company that is constantly improving and reimagining the logistics industry. As part of the Customer Fulfillment Finance team, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.

Key job responsibilities
- Leverages Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials and understands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
- Earn trust of your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to business improvements and cost reductions
- Owns the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan as well as all Month-end procedures including variance analysis between scenarios (actuals, Plan, Forecast...)
- Proactively supports knowledge-sharing within the team and across your division, while looking to standardize processes across EU teams
- Works independently: Proactively partners with manager to prioritize and focus on high-impact activities and to deprioritize those which are unlikely to drive material improvement

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python), or experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
