Accountabilities
- Execute highly targeted “sniper-style” outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn using structured playbooks tailored to specific buyer personas such as Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR leaders.
- Manage and refine outbound data within Apollo, ensuring strict data hygiene, including normalization of company names, job titles, and CRM fields before campaign execution.
- Build and maintain advanced multi-step sequence logic, including conditional branching based on persona signals, intent data, and engagement behavior.
- Handle inbound responses, qualify leads, manage objections, and book high-quality discovery calls with technical decision-makers across US and EU markets.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance using Apollo and HubSpot, running structured A/B tests focused on messaging frameworks rather than superficial copy changes.
- Maintain messaging precision by eliminating spam-triggering patterns and ensuring outreach reflects a credible peer-to-peer communication style.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine outbound strategy, improve targeting accuracy, and optimize conversion across the entire funnel.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound roles such as SDR, BDR, or Growth Operations, ideally targeting US or European SaaS, tech, or IT services markets.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Apollo, including persona filtering, intent data usage, sequencing logic, and CRM data structuring.
- Strong experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems for pipeline tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret outbound performance metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Deep attention to detail with a systems-thinking approach to data accuracy, formatting consistency, and workflow integrity.
- Ability to understand technical concepts such as software development workflows, cloud systems, MLOps, and SaaS business models.
- Highly disciplined, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, structured outbound environment.
