Accountabilities:
- Define and execute product marketing strategies across the cybersecurity product portfolio.
- Own positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market narratives.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, buyer personas, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Create compelling narratives that communicate the value of security solutions to enterprise audiences, including CISOs and security leaders.
- Develop strategic points of view on emerging trends, including the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects to validate messaging and understand buying behaviors.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, analyst events, customer summits, and security forums.
- Translate field insights into improved positioning, content strategies, and product roadmap recommendations.
- Lead and develop a product marketing team of 4–7 professionals, fostering excellence, accountability, and business impact.
- Establish operating rhythms including messaging reviews, competitive intelligence updates, launch retrospectives, and win/loss analysis.
- Encourage customer-centric marketing practices and embed AI tools into marketing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner closely with product management, demand generation, sales, and executive leadership to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 6 years in product marketing leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including areas such as cloud security, data security, identity protection, email security, or related technologies.
- Proven experience marketing complex enterprise solutions to security executives and technical buyers.
- Demonstrated success developing and launching differentiated market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive-level audiences.
- Strong ability to synthesize market insights, customer feedback, and product capabilities into clear messaging.
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.
- Experience operating effectively in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to engage directly with industry leaders and buyers.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and their application in content creation, personalization, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
