Job Overview
We are hiring a dependable Production Associate to support assembly and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves building products, operating equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build products according to work instructions and production schedules
- Operate and maintain machinery, tools, and production equipment
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Identify and report defects, safety concerns, or process issues to leadership
- Follow standardized processes to maintain consistent product quality
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support 5S / lean manufacturing practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and required training
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
