Cust Exp Professional - French

As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer interactions and driving customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Director Customer Experience and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall customer journey by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies, optimize processes, and enhance the customer experience, contributing to Honeywell's reputation as a customer-centric organization and driving business growth.

• Provide support to the teams in the Back Office administrative office and represent the additional interface with internal clients and external ones when necessary
• Take professional initiative on administrative tasks and coordinate with local offices for tasks that cannot be done remotely
• Work as part of the team, involved in processes from end to end, and contribute to the team's results
• Contribute to the successful integration of each new employee/member of the region through specific training and assistance
• Account successfully, in a timely manner, and ensure the maintenance during the life cycle of all orders, contracts, and projects in systems
• Work closely with all relevant departments, including sales, procurement, supply, and operations departments, to ensure process standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Assume an active role in implementing and maintaining Honeywell Operating System (HOS)
• Work in line with policy guidelines and global processes
• Meet the objectives of the department/team and the behavioral objectives of Honeywell

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Services or related field
• Proficient in both English and French
• Strong organization skills
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Knowledge of Siebel/Salesforce applications
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP application
