Accountabilities:

    The Principal Talent Assessment & Coaching Coordinator will manage the operational execution of leadership assessment and coaching programs, ensuring participants receive a seamless experience while maintaining accurate data and efficient processes.

    • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership assessments, including 360 feedback, leadership diagnostics, potential assessments, scheduling, and completion tracking.
    • Manage assessment timelines, participant communications, reminders, and follow-up activities to ensure successful program execution.
    • Ensure accurate setup, administration, and completion of assessments across internal systems and external platforms.
    • Maintain assessment records, monitor participation rates, and ensure data quality and integrity.
    • Support reporting activities by compiling assessment data, preparing dashboards, and providing insights for program delivery.
    • Coordinate coaching engagements, including scheduling, participant tracking, and progress monitoring.
    • Support the connection between assessment outcomes and leadership development activities.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for participants, HR partners, and program stakeholders, providing timely and effective support.
    • Partner with leadership development teams to align assessment and coaching activities with program objectives and timelines.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, templates, and operational processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall participant experience and program effectiveness.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings experience in talent development, human resources, program coordination, or related fields, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
      • Experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, or leadership program initiatives.
      • Experience coordinating multi-step programs involving scheduling, communications, data tracking, and stakeholder management.
      • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
      • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support diverse stakeholders.
      • Comfortable working with digital systems, reporting tools, and program management platforms.
      • Ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data to support decision-making and program improvements.
      • Experience with leadership assessments, coaching programs, or talent management initiatives is preferred.
      • Familiarity with assessment platforms such as 360 feedback tools, leadership diagnostics, or similar systems is a plus.
      • Ability to create clear reports, dashboards, charts, and summaries from assessment-related data.
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
