Role responsibilities

The Senior Program Management Associate will plan, implement, and oversee education programs and activities at the Baylor College of Medicine BioTech Academy. They will serve as an educational liaison and contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, with a preference for a master's or doctoral degree in a science field. Experience in science teaching, curriculum development, and teacher professional development is also preferred.
