Team Member Experience Senior Analyst, Human Resources – Asia Pacific
As the Team Member Experience Senior Analyst, Human Resources – Asia Pacific, you are proactive, people-first, detail-oriented, and service-driven, supporting and elevating the day-to-day Team Member (TM) experience. Delivering seamless and engaging HR experiences across the employee lifecycle, you will partner with stakeholders to manage HR operations, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance, while enhancing efficiency through data, systems, and process improvements.
You will be the face of Hilton Hospitality, bringing the light and warmth of hospitality to life throughout the Team Member journey.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
Deliver Exceptional Team Member Experiences
Manage onboarding, orientation, and transition of new hires
Support and execute Team Member engagement activities across the business, including signature events such as Team Member Appreciation Week (TMAW), CNY celebrations, and the annual D&D
Deliver employee welfare programs and recognition initiatives, including birthday vouchers, baby gifts, hampers, service anniversaries, and welcome gifts
Deliver an impactful, positive onboarding and induction process that connects new TMs to Hilton in a positive, engaged way
HR Operations, HR Systems & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation (e-files, medical enrolments, etc.) for audit and compliance
Manage TMX data management, ensuring accurate and timely adjustments in the TMX
Manage payroll documentation, administration, and processes according to policy, benefits programs, and legislation requirements
Support Sales Incentive Plan administration, and coordinate quarterly Development Bonus letters
Benefits administration
Maintain records for Health screening entitlements and administration
Process Education support invoice processing
Go Hilton program management (tenured TM benefits)
Support Intellect enrolment
Work with the Office Management and IT teams on New Hires workstation set up
Manage surveys, exit interviews, and feedback mechanisms
Update birthday list & new hire list for quarterly induction
Manage Work Pass, Immigration, and Reporting
Prepare and support EP, DP, and LTVP applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring TMs have the legal right to work and live in Singapore
Conduct employment verification, VISA, and PR applications
Complete MOM manpower surveys (Labour market, job vacancies, OED, etc.) and support all required HR reporting

You have these minimum qualifications:
A relevant University Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience
A result-oriented mindset with a good critical thinking ability
Ability to work in a non-routine, fluid, and at times chaotic environment whilst making sure the work is delivered to the highest professional standards
Ability to manage a range of competing priorities and demands through strong time management skills
Strong initiative with the ability to anticipate, and not simply react to business needs
Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to use these across different management levels to influence
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and Team Members of all levels (including senior leadership)
Experience working in a diverse cultural environment
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience and knowledge using HR systems
A willingness to travel for work purposes within the Asia region as required
A background in the Hotel/Hospitality industry is advantageous
