**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager within the APAC Revenue Operations team. You will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across Order-to-Cash (OTC), revenue risk and controls, and financial governance for the APAC region. You will be expected to think critically and creatively, problem-solve, drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end, and influence global process design and tooling as a regional advocate.

Finance Operations Manager Responsibilities:
1. Governance & Controls: Design and strengthen internal controls frameworks across revenue operations, supporting SOX compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation as the team expands into governance and strategy
2. Revenue Risk & Strategy: Identify, assess, and mitigate revenue-related risks across APAC markets
3. provide strategic recommendations on credit and collections policies and operational controls
4. Portfolio Management & Regional Oversight: Own and manage a defined portfolio of APAC markets and/or business lines end-to-end — including revenue operations performance, credit exposure, collections health, and client risk profiles. Proactively monitor portfolio KPIs, surface emerging risks and opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize working capital outcomes. Serve as the single point of accountability for your portfolio's financial health, coordinating across billing, credit, collections, and cash application to ensure seamless OTC execution and escalation management
5. Cross-Functional Influence: Foster cross-functional partnerships with sales, legal, policy, tax, and controllership teams to drive solutions on revenue, billing, credit, collections, and emerging compliance challenges
6. Operational Excellence & Automation: Champion Meta's broader strategy to drive operational efficiencies and support business growth through technological advancements, and to encourage the implementation of new systems and tools, such as predictive dashboards and digital finance technologies like analytics, machine learning, and robotic process automation
7. Change Management & Compliance: Lead change initiatives for new regulatory requirements across APAC, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance in a dynamic landscape in the APAC region
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 10+ years of significant and relevant experience in two or more of the following: Order-to-Cash operations, revenue accounting, financial controls, risk management, or controllership — within large, fast-growing, multinational companies
9. Expert-level understanding of OTC processes (credit, collections, billing, cash application) with demonstrated breadth in at least one adjacent area: revenue risk and controls, governance, internal audit, or revenue accounting
10. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and a strong understanding of local business customs and practices in Greater China is necessary as this role will focus on Meta's China business for this team
11. Experience working with systems and tools, and demonstrated deployment of digital finance technologies (analytics, AI, RPA, etc.). Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones

18. Experience influencing global process design or tooling strategy as a regional stakeholder — not just executing, but shaping policy
19. Experience managing revenue risk portfolios across multiple APAC jurisdictions with varying regulatory and compliance requirements
20. Experience operating within a large-scale technology company or global organization with complex, multi-entity finance operations structure
21. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
