Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employee benefits consultants, pharmacy consultants, brokers, and healthcare advisors who influence employer healthcare decisions.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and adoption through consultant networks and industry partnerships.
- Establish commercial agreements and strategic partnerships with consulting firms and their client networks.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, partner meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain an active presence within employer healthcare and pharmacy benefit communities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage consultant and broker platform profiles to ensure accurate positioning and strong market visibility.
- Identify partnership opportunities, incentive structures, and co-marketing initiatives that support business growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create proposals, educational materials, case studies, and resources that support consultant engagement.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client needs to inform business strategies.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management, preferably within digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or pharmacy benefit management.
- Proven experience selling through or partnering with consultants, brokers, advisors, or other healthcare influencers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a pipeline independently while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex healthcare solutions and translate value propositions for different audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
