Workforce Management Program & Technical Enablement Lead
Role responsibilities
Define and drive WFM practice standards across various teams, ensuring quality and compliance of WFM outputs. Lead onboarding and enablement for new WFM resources, maintaining adherence to scheduling standards and internal policies.
Requirements
Candidates should have 4+ years of WFM experience with proficiency in forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. Experience with enterprise WFM platforms and a track record of operating across multiple WFM delivery models is essential.
