Accountabilities:

    The Ticketing Team Member is responsible for managing the full ticketing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all booking activities while maintaining excellent service standards.

    • Create, update, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) in Sabre, ensuring all passenger details, flight information, and service requests are accurately recorded.
    • Price itineraries, validate fares, and issue electronic tickets using Sabre while applying correct fare rules and booking procedures.
    • Process ticket exchanges, reissues, voids, and refunds according to airline policies and ticket conditions.
    • Monitor Sabre queues, active reservations, and time-sensitive booking tasks to ensure requests are handled promptly.
    • Perform detailed quality checks before and after ticket issuance, verifying passenger information, payment details, fare conditions, and ticket documentation.
    • Collaborate with client service and fulfillment teams to coordinate urgent requests, approvals, and final travel documentation.
    • Escalate booking issues, system errors, discrepancies, and complex cases to the appropriate team members.
    • Contribute feedback and process improvements to help strengthen operational efficiency and service quality.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has strong technical ticketing knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving travel environment.

      • 3+ years of hands-on Sabre GDS experience in a travel agency, airline, tour operator, or travel management company.
      • Proven ability to independently create PNRs, price fares, issue tickets, manage exchanges, process refunds, and handle Sabre queue workflows.
      • Strong understanding of airline fare rules and the ability to apply them accurately when issuing or modifying tickets.
      • Exceptional attention to passenger data accuracy, including names, dates of birth, loyalty details, and booking information.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and meeting operational deadlines.
      • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues.
      • Experience with luxury travel, executive travel, or premium hospitality environments is a plus.
      • Familiarity with airline loyalty programs, award bookings, task management tools, or booking platforms is preferred.
