Client Accounting Manager

  • Location: Warsaw, Poland
  • Contract: Contract of employment
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the Warsaw Spire office)

Role Summary

This pivotal leadership opportunity is ideal for either a manager with initial experience leading a small team or an aspiring senior analyst ready to advance. As the Client Accounting Manager, you will manage a dedicated team and oversee the full financial lifecycle for key accounts. You will serve as the crucial bridge between operational execution and strategic decision-making, reporting to the Client Finance Manager on a clear path to becoming a future finance leader at JLL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a local finance team, setting clear goals and managing performance to exceed client expectations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and own senior relationships with client finance teams, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring service levels are achieved.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive the commercial and financial analysis of the account, including savings initiatives, reconciliations, and business case reviews.
  • Reporting & Controls: Deliver high-impact financial reporting, ensure data integrity, and maintain robust financial controls compliant with SOX and audit standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in a senior finance or accounting role with proven readiness for a leadership position.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and ideally a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential is key; direct team management experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
