Accountabilities
- Monitor and validate data quality, ensuring consistency, completeness, and accuracy across reports and dashboards
- Perform regular checks to guarantee timely updates and reliability of reporting datasets
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated dashboards and reports tracking key product and business metrics using tools such as Tableau
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data pipelines, including extraction, transformation, and reporting layers
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure correct interpretation of business metrics
- Support continuous improvement of reporting workflows and dashboard performance to enhance usability and efficiency
- 2+ years of experience working with BI and data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
- Strong SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL) with experience writing complex analytical queries
- Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical and reporting solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Experience working with stakeholders, including requirements gathering, solution design, and presenting insights
- Ability to work independently and manage reporting tasks end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English (Pre-Intermediate or higher)
