Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial solutions sales professionals to consistently achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Oversee the full inbound sales cycle, ensuring strong pipeline management, conversion performance, and consultative selling execution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, forecasting sessions, and one-on-one coaching to improve team effectiveness.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of sales team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner with marketing, sales operations, client success, and leadership teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and client experience.
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue attainment, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle efficiency.
- Identify process improvements, pricing insights, and buyer trends to continuously enhance sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in accounting, finance, consulting, advisory, or professional/professional services environments.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales teams with demonstrated revenue accountability.
- Strong understanding of financial services concepts including accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven success driving consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue attainment in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience selling complex, high-value services to SMB and mid-market decision-makers.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools for forecasting and pipeline management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and team-building skills with a high level of integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; advanced credentials (CPA, MBA, CMA) a plus.
- Competitive base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus commission
