Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges—including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions—restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands-on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, possess strong clinical adaptability across diverse patient backgrounds, and be eager to actively engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and teamwork.Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progressDocument all treatments and note any status changesTailor treatments to individual patients as needed Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you  Our Therapy Team has been awarded the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award for 2 years in a row.
