Accountabilities:
- Draft, review, and confirm OTC equity derivative transactions through paper-based and electronic confirmation processes
- Ensure accurate interpretation of trade economics and confirmation language, identifying and resolving discrepancies or breaks
- Collaborate with counterparties, trading desks, legal, and risk teams to clarify documentation issues and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare ad-hoc trade confirmations based on client and internal stakeholder requests
- Develop and maintain confirmation templates, ensuring appropriate approvals from sales, trading, and legal teams
- Support risk mitigation efforts by ensuring accuracy and consistency in trade documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and controls
- Handle additional documentation and confirmation-related tasks as required by business demand
- 2–3+ years of experience in OTC derivatives confirmations or structured products documentation
- Strong knowledge of ISDA 2002 and 2006/2021 Equity and Swap Definitions
- Hands-on experience with OTC equity structured products such as autocalls, swap strategies, option strategies, and variance swaps
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and derivative confirmation processes
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with trading, legal, operations, and risk teams
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to resolve complex documentation issues
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven financial services environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain and resolve technical trade issues
- Ability to propose solutions and support improvements in documentation and operational processes
