The Solution Engineering and Technical Services (SETS) team at Ironclad collaborates closely with prospective customers and Ironclad’s Sales, Success, Product and Implementation teams, forming a critical technical overlay to the solution evaluation process.
As a Demo Engineer, you will report to the Technical Services Manager and ensure that field resources have the environments, tools and assets needed to effectively and efficiently build demos for prospects and customers. In this role you will collaborate heavily with your peers in the SETS team as well as sales, product and engineering in order to ensure demo assets align with the needs of the GTM team, and that product and engineering receive timely and actionable feedback on product features needed for effective field demos.
What You Will Be Doing:
Design and build scalable demo tools for Solution Engineers, Enterprise Architects and other GTM roles to allow them to effectively demonstrate the value of the Ironclad platform.
Design and build use-case and industry-specific demo environments and scripts.
Design and build Integrations to adjacent partner systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc, in support of demos of cross-system buy-/sell-side processes with Ironclad.
Work in close collaboration with product and engineering teams to ensure product enhancements are incorporated into demo assets.
Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to understand both short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
Provide support to Solution Engineers and Enterprise Architects in the development of specialized demos leveraging the team’s demo environments.
Bring actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams to drive the ongoing evolution of our core product.
Where necessary, identify and implement automation or self-help capabilities for demos and demo assets.
Key Skills:
Experience mapping business processes to product features and system solutions, ideally involving legal, sales and procurement users.
Strong technical skills and experience with common programming, scripting languages and Data formats, especially Javascript, Python, PHP, and JSON.
Experience working with APIs, middleware tools, API platforms and other integration technologies.
Experience with relevant partner systems, including but not limited to: Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Microsoft (Dynamics, Sharepoint), ServiceNow, Workday, and Postman..

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
