Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will provide advance sales and service coaching capability of Financial Planning team to drive volume and revenue through improved sale and service effectiveness and client experience.
What will you do?
Embed and sustain initiatives in the context of Your Future by Design and Mortgage Advice Experience
Build coaching capability in delivering multi-channel client access, exceptional client experience (Top Box), and advice that is meaningful, memorable, and timely
Advance adoption of practice management routines in enhancing sales planning, and determining key areas of focus
Advance Leaders capability in coaching to client contact commitments, ensuring clients are earned and engaged and that all clients have a minimum of one face-to-face interaction with their FPs annually
Advance FP effectiveness in sales and service practices (e.g. deepening client relationships, practice management)
Partner with the IRP Business to drive regional Financial Planning business focus, achieve regional investment objectives, create Financial Planning brand dominance in the marketplace
Working as a Team and Growing through One RBC
Provide prioritized diagnostic support on market management, sales management, and coaching practices
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Strong Investment and Credit Experience
Strong business and organizational knowledge, planning and implementing capabilities with a knowledge/experience across Personal and Commercial Banking within the market/s supported, including sales management, and direct sales.
Excellent written and oral communication ability and strong impact and influence competencies.
Experience sales/management skills Personal and Commercial Banking.
Strong understanding with acquisition sales force.
Proven experience in both 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and experience coaching sales people and enabling sales managers.
