Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleArchitecture optimization: Enhance and optimize the agentic AI tool's architecture to improve performance in validating software business ideasPrompting and LLM strategy: Develop and refine prompts and LLM calling strategies to ensure the AI tool effectively screens product and business viabilityTool access and user experience: Test and evaluate tool access methods, identifying areas for improvement to streamline the user experience for corporate venturesTeam collaboration: Collaborate with the team to integrate feedback and insights into the AI tool, ensuring it meets the needs of venture capitalists and other stakeholdersHands-on experimentation: Conduct hands-on experiments and projects to assess the impact of the AI tool on business idea validation processesDocumentation and refinement: Document findings and improvements, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of the agentic AI toolContinuous learning: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning, applying new knowledge to enhance the toolDeployment support: Support the team in deploying the AI tool in real-world scenarios, analyzing its effectiveness and suggesting enhancementsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedEducation: Currently enrolled in a university program related to Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar fieldExperience: Demonstrated experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly in optimizing architectures and developing LLM strategies. Besides, you have experience in documenting technical findings and contributing to the development processSkills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python or R and ability to conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI tools to identify and implement improvementsKnowledge: Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and their application in validating software business ideasInterests: Interest in venture capital processes and understanding how AI tools can aid in business idea validationLanguage skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spokenPlease attach the following documents to your application:CV in EnglishCertificate of enrollment at universityLatest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)High school reportImportant information:Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
