Job Description
Maintain and assist with WAN stack builds - which includes cabling, port configurations, and device replacements. Work with telecom vendors when installing and troubleshooting network circuits. Work with clients to install/remove/troubleshoot custom gear.
Responsibilities
Must be able to read network and cabling diagrams. Will require a minimal level of Cisco experience with switch and port configurations. Will require some lifting to rack and remove network devices. Be able to travel between our two data center locations in Kansas City to meet telco vendors.
