Your Responsibilities:
Our guests enjoy a fantastic start to their day or a wonderful way to end it, because your smile spreads good cheer.
Essentially, your responsibilities include:
- Preparing the daily mise en place,
- Setting and clearing tables,
- Clearing and cleaning tables,
- Ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant area,
- Providing expert advice to guests on the food and beverage menu,
- Handling and escalating guest complaints,
- Processing payments and preparing your own daily sales report
What We Expect From You
- Some experience in the service industry
- Enjoy working in a large, international environment
- German language skills (at least B2) and good English skills
- A neat appearance and good manners
- A health certificate (formerly the “red card”)
