In this role, you will impact customer retention and satisfaction by providing expert support, driving process improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Analyze errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve customer service processes.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects to enhance customer care operations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of customer service experience tacking calls with a proven track record in handling complex customer issues and volume.
- Strong knowledge of customer support processes.
- Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions using methods like Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of Excel

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
