Strategy and Operations Manager _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Amsterdam, Netherlands **Advanced** Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience as a strategy or revenue operations lead at a global technology company or enterprise customer. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience deploying advanced AI productivity tools within sales organizations and managing local legal and works council compliance constraints. + Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members. + Expert understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, including agency business models and performance strategies for Search and video (YouTube). + High executive presence with a track record of building trusted relationships at the Director+ level. **About the job** The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Netherlands: €152000 - €156000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more aboutbenefits at Google (https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/benefits/) . **Responsibilities** + Author long-term regional strategic plans, design local operating models, and execute segmentations to optimize resource allocation against top accounts. + Drive the operational cadence of the Benelux business, including designing and managing the leadership agendas, facilitating reviews, and partnering on top customer engagements involving the regional VP. + Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to identify strategic opportunities and drive shared commercial priorities. + Monitor and track the cluster's most important business priorities and GTM metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to make proactive, timely recommendations on strategic pivots. + Drive cross-organizational alignment on priorities and strategic resource allocation to ensure commercial, product, and program objectives are met effectively. Direct the end-to-end OKR process for the region and lead high-quality, organization wide updates and drive a comprehensive communication strategy that makes regional progress toward OKRs highly visible.
