As a Training Officer, will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and coordination of training programs across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our team members have access to the tools and resources they need to grow and succeed in their roles. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about people development and eager to make an impact.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Execute the in-house training plan: Coordinate and deliver engaging, high-quality training programmes that align with hotel priorities
- Identify and support training needs: Partner with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager to assess development needs, implement learning initiatives, and review progress monthly
- Administer required training courses: Coordinate legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programmes to ensure employees meet required standards and progress in their professional development
- Engage and connect trainers across the hotel: Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs, and ensure training is consistently delivered
- Inspire and develop the team: Support team members within own and other teams, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive training environment
