As a TikTok Shop Specialist, you will play a key role in driving affiliate growth and maximizing marketplace performance across TikTok Shop. As a TikTok Shop Specialist, you will play a key role in driving affiliate growth and maximizing marketplace performance across TikTok Shop. Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies for assigned TikTok Shop accounts to increase marketplace performance.
    • Source, recruit, and manage high-quality creators through affiliate platforms, direct outreach, and creator communities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates while supporting communication across channels such as Discord and WhatsApp.
    • Recommend commission structures, promotional bundles, and incentive programs that encourage creator engagement and sales.
    • Coordinate creative briefs, content expectations, and publishing schedules with affiliate creators.
    • Manage TikTok Shop Live initiatives and identify opportunities to expand live commerce performance.
    • Monitor campaign and creator performance, identify successful content formats, and scale winning strategies.
    • Analyze underperforming campaigns, implement optimization plans, and share actionable performance insights with internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, media buying, design, and marketplace teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Support additional marketplace and affiliate-related initiatives as required.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • At least 1 year of experience managing TikTok Shop marketplace accounts.
      • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and marketplace growth strategies.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
      • Experience managing creator relationships and coordinating content initiatives.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced remote setting.
      • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
      • Passion for e-commerce, social commerce, and digital marketing trends.
