Partners and consults with business and functional leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. Advises on human resources policies, facilitates adoption of HR initiatives and programs, manages complex projects and processes, and implements HR strategies set by Executives and Senior Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Supports the execution of human resources programs and processes within assigned client groups.
2. Provides guidance on routine employee relations matters, helping leaders interpret policies and apply consistent practices.
3. Assists with monitoring teammate engagement, retention trends, and workforce needs to identify areas requiring HR attention.
4. Supports organizational change efforts by coordinating communication, tracking action items, and reinforcing adoption of new HR initiatives.
5. Helps leaders with talent-related activities such as performance management, onboarding, and development planning.
6. Ensures accuracy and compliance by maintaining HR documentation, supporting audits, and guiding leaders on regulatory requirements.
7. Prepares and distributes HR reports and dashboards to inform business insights and decision making.
8. Collaborates with cross-functional HR teams to escalate issues, implement solutions, and support enterprise-wide HR programs.
9. Contributes to moderately complex HR projects or initiatives that support team effectiveness or process improvements.
10. Provides general HR guidance to teammates and may help train or mentor others on HR processes, tools, and policy interpretation.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a related field.
3. Working knowledge of HR information systems, reporting, and data management.
4. Ability to work independently under general supervision on moderately complex tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
2. Experience in the financial services industry or other regulated environments.
3. Project or system implementation experience related to HR technology.
