Accountabilities:
- Manage global multi-client learning and development projects, including events, eLearning solutions, and strategic L&D initiatives across different levels of complexity.
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, quality assurance, delivery, and post-project follow-up.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including content, design, development, account management, and business development stakeholders.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, establish clear responsibilities, and ensure all contributors remain aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, financial tracking, resource allocation, and operational processes to maintain profitability and delivery standards.
- Identify potential risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams through effective communication, transparency, and reliable project management.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and strategic opportunities in partnership with business development teams.
- Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and quality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with 5+ years preferred; experience in learning and development or life sciences is highly desirable.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Previous experience working in an agency, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and systems such as Smartsheet, Workday, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.
- Exceptional planning, prioritization, organization, and attention to detail skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to create, monitor, and reconcile project budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data tracking, reporting, and operational systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and adapt communication styles to different audiences.
