Accountabilities:
- Direct and oversee activities for large practice teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
- Provide strategic direction to maximize performance across solution and industry-focused initiatives.
- Develop and execute business plans that balance customer requirements, market opportunities, and long-term growth strategies.
- Drive successful delivery of orders, revenue targets, margins, and operational objectives for practice engagements.
- Collaborate with client leadership teams to support engagement strategy, business decisions, pursuit activities, and delivery success.
- Manage team effectiveness, workforce planning, utilization targets, employee development, coaching, and performance initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and participate in strategic consulting engagements.
- Oversee solution portfolios and manage the lifecycle of services, offerings, and delivery capabilities.
- Partner with strategy, marketing, and solution development teams to enhance offerings and identify new opportunities.
- Establish and improve delivery models, operational processes, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Sponsor the development of innovative approaches, methodologies, and intellectual capital within the practice area.
- Act as a senior representative for the practice area in customer engagements, industry forums, and professional communities.
- Support the creation of industry content, thought leadership materials, and strategic insights.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced university degree preferred.
- 10–15+ years of directly related experience in technology services, consulting, program management, or business leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise organizations, business processes, market dynamics, products, and service delivery models.
- Proven experience managing large teams, developing talent, and driving performance through coaching and mentoring.
- Expertise in project and program planning, assessment, governance, and execution.
- Strong business development, account management, and client engagement experience.
- Knowledge of financial management principles, forecasting methods, revenue performance, and operational planning.
- Experience developing delivery strategies, capacity plans, and scalable operational models.
- Ability to influence senior executives and manage complex cross-functional relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance long-term business strategy with operational execution.
- Competitive annual salary range of $135,000–$310,500, depending on location, experience, education, and skills.
