Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities.  They must interact with patients, families and staff in a manner that portrays a positive image for the department.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy, Or
  • Master's Degree: Physical Therapy, Or
  • D.P.T.: Physical Therapy
  • Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 months - experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema
