We are seeking an experienced and creative Data Visualisation & UI/UX Designer to join our team in Pune or Bangalore in a hybrid working environment. This role combines expertise in data visualisation, user experience design, and digital interface development to transform complex datasets into intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and usability across digital platforms.What you’ll do
Create interactive and visually engaging data visualisations using Power BI and related digital solutions.Transform complex datasets into clear dashboards, charts, graphs, and reporting solutions.Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within visualisation outputs.Design user-centred interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and accessibility.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve design outcomes. Partner with front-end developers to ensure successful implementation of UI/UX designs.Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and product managers to understand business requirements and project objectives.Present design concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices in data visualisation and user experience design.Identify opportunities to enhance existing visualisations, interfaces, and design processes.Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is advantageous.Demonstrated experience in data visualisation and UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio of work.Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation platforms.Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.Strong understanding of usability principles, user-centred design methodologies, and information architecture.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for user interface implementation.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.Not a perfect fit?
