Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor a technical team working on IT assets and cybersecurity-related solutions, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee development, code review, troubleshooting, and system integration activities primarily using Python-based technologies.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, requirement understanding, and delivery alignment.
• Drive technical excellence by enforcing coding standards, security best practices, and software engineering principles.
• Coordinate system architecture discussions and contribute to improving scalability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including development workflows, CI/CD practices, and team productivity.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python development (minimum 5+ years), including frameworks such as Flask and Django.
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical management (2+ years), including client-facing responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of code review, debugging, system integration, and software architecture principles.
• Fluent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide engineering decisions in complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cybersecurity or IT asset management environments is a strong advantage.
