Key job responsibilities
• Drive category strategy development and execution, balancing differentiation, relevance, and accessibility to deliver exceptional business results
• Own end-to-end category management including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and supplier partnerships
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop win-win supplier relationships to create best-in-class customer experiences
• Make data-driven decisions using financial acumen and consumer insights to optimize category performance
• Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, balancing data-driven insights with calculated risk-taking
• Excel in navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on strategic priorities and business outcomes
• Exhibit customer obsession, innovation, strategic influence, and accountable leadership

Basic qualifications
- Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management- • 2+ years of Category Management experience, inclusive of category P&L ownership, category strategy, assortment planning, pricing and promo strategy, and in-season management of the business
- • Financial analysis and management of category/assortment
- • Ability to analyze, diagnose, and communicate category/brand/item-level impact to the business in addition to action plans to drive growth and/or mitigate headwinds.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
